Shipping

Please allow 2 weeks for processing and shipping from the day you placed your order; weekends and holidays are excluded.

If you have not received your order within the 2 week time frame, please email us at info@tsdspdx.com so we can resolve any issues. 

We ship with United States Parcel Services (USPS). We are NOT responsible for any lost packages. Please contact USPS for all inquiries regarding lost packages.

Returns

We do accept returns. If you received the wrong order, please send us an email at info@tsdspdx.com; include your name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong color or size, please send us an email at info@tsdspdx.com with your name, order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging.
